Go Mow and Snow is a locally owned and family run lawn care and snow removal company based right here in Alberta. We proudly serve Red Deer and Central Alberta with honest pricing, hands on service, and a family that stands behind every job. We are fully insured and committed to keeping lawn and snow care simple, no surprise charges, no runaround, just a well cared for property when we are done.
My Story
The dream of running our own business goes back much further than the day we started. For years we were cautious about jumping in, since we did not want to start something that would tie us down or take us away from our family. So we spent years researching and running side hustles to figure out where we could be most effective, and we landed on lawn care and yard work.
At 48 years old, with a truck and a dream to be our own boss, we finally decided there was no time like the present. We were working a job we were genuinely unhappy in, and we realized it was time to start living our dream instead of just planning for it. We have not looked back since.
Today, Go Mow and Snow is a true family operation. Our kids help out on jobs, and every lawn we mow, every yard we clean up, and every driveway we clear carries our name and our reputation. We treat every property like it is our own, because to us, it is personal.
We are proud to be part of the Central Alberta small business community and to support other local trades whenever we can. Supporting our neighbors is not just good business, it is part of why we started in the first place.
